TARIFFS

Prices (weekly in UK pounds)

Bookings are secured by a 20% non-refundable deposit, which will be confirmed by email or letter.

An invoice will be sent for the balance which is payable 6 weeks prior to commencement of rental.

A £200.00 deposit against damage and breakages is required with the final payment. This deposit will be refunded within a week of your return, provided no damage or breakages have occured.

Prices do not include local tourist tax that must be paid at the tourist office within 48 hours of arrival. Children under the age of 12 years are exempt

Apartment is available from 4pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Change over day is flexible.
